net en schoon appartement, niet het nieuwste van het nieuwste maar keurig onderhouden. Niet in Ischgl maar in Mathon, een dorp verder.

Dejlig lejlighed midt mellem Ischgl og Galtür.

Meget fint beliggende lejlighed i lille by midtvejs mellem Ischgl og Galtür. Alt var i skønneste orden, alt, hvad vi skulle bruge i køkkenet, var til stede: opvasketabs, klude, viskestykker. Alt var rent og pænt. 5 stjerner ud af 5 mulige til dette sted og den her lejlighed ! MEN: Der blev intet sted fra bookingfirmaets side gjort opmærksom på, der ikke kunne bruges Visakort m.m. DETTE BØR OPLYSES PÅ FORHÅND ! (Så havde det jo ikke været noget problem !) Det skal ikke lastes Fliana, som vi fandt en løsning med.

Okej hotell för de priset

De var bra storlek på lägenheten men i övrigt så fanns de saker som var mindre bra! T ex var hon som drev hotellet aldrig i receptionen utan man var tvungen att ringa henne varje gång man ville något. Kändes som att man besvärade henne varje gång man ringde. Lite som att hon inte bryr sig om sina gäster utan bara vill få in så mycket pengar som möjligt. Sen var de dåligt att de endast tar kontanter och inte kort!! Vi hade 3 hundar med oss och då ville hon ha extra betalt för att man bara fick ta med 2. Jag påpekade att de inte står någonstans om de och struntade i att betala de. Sen fanns de dåligt med varmvatten och kuddarna i sängen var inte mycket att hurra för.

OK Apartment, terrible service and absurd fees

We booked the apartment for its proximity to Ischgl, since prices were a bit lower in Mathon (there's an excellent bus service connecting skiers to Ischgl from Mathon). The apartment was clean and comfortable, but lacking in basic amenities like hand soap! When we asked about hand soap, we were told that this was not something the owners needed to supply, and that no rental apartments offered this. Having stayed in a variety of holiday apartments, I vehemently disagree as in my experience, soap, basic items like salt and pepper, etc. were always provided. Though our stay was comfortable, when it came time to pay our bill, we were disappointed that the hotel tacked on additional fees even though we were under the impression that expedia had included these fees in the total booking cost. We are not sure if it's a problem from the expedia, or from the apartment management, but what was supposed to be a booking of 1,140 EURO (incl. fees) came with an additional EUR 140 fees. The management absolutely refused to address this discrepancy, and we are convinced that this is a kind of scam they run because they request payment in cash (which, is also a bit ludicrous in this day and age). Finally, it is incomprehensible why there is a charge of 15 EURO PER PERSON of a "cleaning fee". This fee to me suggests that some cleaning would be done during our stay, this was NOT THE CASE. Nobody came to clean. Isn't cleaning just part of a regular rental? It's the first time I've seen this.

Lite grisigt med dåligt diskad utrustning. Typ en av varje glas mm. Kylskåp halvkass som brummade ordentligt. Som många andra ställen i Österrike. Kontant betalning för boendet, kass. Annars trevlig lgh och bra läge i orten.

Hohe Taxikosten nach Ischgl (15 Euro je Fahrt). So kommen ganz schnell 60 Euro am Tag zusammen, da der Skibus morgens und abends sehr überfüllt ist und einem dann auch mal stehen lässt.
