"Apartment was clean, spacious, and featured new appliances and new construction. Location was conveniently close to a major train station as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was a little cumbersome and due to equipment failures we were not able to use key cards and had to share a single unit key."

"We love Comfort Hotel ERA Ise. The front desk staff and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Shower-head provides large, powerful water spray action which was superb. Comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious and the lobby library lounge area has available snacks and drinks from 10am - 11pm. Limited parking on property, but there is a public parking area within a minute walking distance. Great location close to many good restaurants, shops, train stations. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Ise!"

"The exterior of the hotel building needed new paint and thorough cleaning. The garden and plants needed some serious trimming and maintenance. Otherwise the views were great, Onsen was big and all the artwork placed throughout the interior were museum quality."
