"The best so far of our family Japan trip! Hatsue and Genki were the most gracious hosts, embracing us with such kindness us as if we were family. The place was comfortable and spacious, a well kept traditional Japanese home. It was quiet and quaint, a welcome respite and retreat from the noise and rush of the city. "I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama. The amenities were everything i expected to have when I signed up. The washer came with free detergent which the hotel supplied. The stove and microwave were in working condition. The utensils were clean as they could be. I had the city view and it was gorgeous. It was a walkable distance to a lot of attractions and shopping malls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Yokohama. Thank you. "

"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. Multiple calls and intervention through Expedia finally got us the information needed. Once we were in the room, the hassle was well worth it. Beautiful, spacious, and lots of amenities.
