"Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. "First time at this hotel and i was satisfied with my experience. The rooms are not big , but is exactly as the pictures shown. Front desk nice and polite and the area is very close to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and convenient laundry room inside the hotel. I will stay again. "
