The apartment is located in the beautiful Perla Resort, a gated residence with 24/7 surveillance and maintenance. It has a pool that can be used by our guests as well with an extra daily fee. The area around is quiet and offers a lot of services to make your holidays as best possible. There is a supermarket in the center of the complex called OK-Market. In front of the residences, there are green areas and a promenade to enjoy the evening walks. Along the promenade, there are different bars, restaurants, massage tents, playground for children, rental bicycles, etc.. The resort has sportive fields that may be used with prior reservation and an hourly fee.



This accommodation is positioned on the second floor of the building. The balcony makes a great atmosphere for late evenings and early mornings. It is nicely furnished and it has everything needed for a comfortable holiday.



The apartment is offered to guests use only. Our primary focus is to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the cozy space.

For violating the rules of well-being in the community, any action or measure that can be taken is in the competence of the resort management.



Basic rules, which must be kept in mind by tenant clients as well as residents:

•The noise is prohibited in the late hours after 22:00.

•It is forbidden to drive a car with a speed higher than 20 km per hour.

•It is forbidden to throw waste on stairs or in common areas.
