Thank you for the nice stay which we really enjoyed. To improve your service you should think of offering snorkeling equipment and beach towels to your guests free of charge. This is basically standard in beach hotels. Thank you and maybe we see again next year!

Amazing Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the sea and the view from the room (6th floor). The room was very spacious and well equipped with a fridge, a kettle, and a hair dryer.

For the price the cottage in the village was a great deal. Lots of space, an ocean view, quiet, private. The hotel is a typical “Bubble era” construction, but the location was great. The staff were helpful and had local knowledge. The package included breakfast, which was good as there were no other local options. The breakfast was OK. The western buffet options weren’t very appetizing, but the local Okinawan dishes were (but warm as opposed to hot). Highly recommend the hotel as option as a mid-price location. You will need a car as there is nothing, other than a great beach, in the area.

The overall service of the hotel is quite good, but when it comes to room cleaning, they only provide daily towel replacement and trash bin cleaning. Tea bags are not replenished, and there is no free bottled water, which is very inconvenient. Other cleaning services require an additional fee, and the cost is quite high

An incredible view from the terrace, but everything looks old and would need to be refreshed. Surprised to have to pay for the beach towels or any amusement as it is not indicated when we make the reservation.

Fair hotel, good location for Manta diving

We liked the big rooms and the nice beach. Overall the hotel feels a bit old. The location is quite isolated, if you want to go to a different restaurant it‘s better to have a car (bus only every 2 hours, last one pretty early, bike rent only during day) as its around a 20-25min walk to Kabira. However it was excellent location to go diving at Manta point. Service in the restaurant is very good, on beach there is no service and they charge small to rent beach towels (a bit unnecessary). There was also no room cleaning, they would have charged extra for it. Fair hotel to stay for a few nights, it would have a lot more potential.

清潔感があり建物内はいい香りがする。 お部屋も改装されておりオシャレ。 朝食ビュッフェも大満足。 お店の人優しい。 研修生多めでしたが問題なく。 悪天候でしたがツアーの申し込みも丁寧に対応してくださって楽しめました。 また石垣来た時は利用したいなぁと家族で話していました。 ありがとうございました。

Très chouette hôtel avec une plage très belle! Le lodge était par contre un tout petit peu vieillot mais n’empêche pas d’apprécier la grandeur de la chambre et ses équipements. Juste un problème de propreté sur les zones moins accessibles, par exemple, une couche énorme de poussière sur les pales du brasseur d’air.

Generally, we had a good experience. But a few things made it a bit sour. We booked the villa in Kabira Village. At first seemed really nice, but later turned out to be really bad. It's located inside very dense vegatation and so you are in a mist of insects, which sometime enter the room itself. Couldn't enjoy a second outside. The so called "tub" was unusable because of fire ants in the porch. In addition, it is very remote from the hotel itself and so anything we wanted required walking through this unpleasant experience. At night it was even worst as it was very dark as well. We requested a room change, even if it meant downgrading (the villa is among the most expensive tier). At first they wanted me to pay extra, which I refused. After I had to argue a bit, I got a much better room. Although smaller, it was nice enough, clean, connected to the main building and had view to the sea. One additional downside, the new room was next to the sewage treatment facility so our balcony was unusable due to the smell of sewage, which sometimes got into the room. All in all, the experience was good as the staff was nice, good beach access, the good was surprisingly good in the buffet, and the area is nice (although options are limited and sometimes unreliable). I think this hotel has a long way to go. And in any case, wouldn't recommend booking any of the villas even though it seems cool.

Perfect quaint little seaside resort. They rent bikes and are only 15 mins away from Kabira Observation point. Staff are super attentive, the buffet dinner was tasty and varied. My hotel room was immaculate. Would say there’s a few bugs about (geckos, huntsman spiders) - but to be expected in a jungle based villa and very worth it for the view. The staff were very helpful in coming over quickly to help with any bug issues. Everything was clean, and the beach sunset view in the evening is amazing.

Lovely simple onsen, beach, and room with great ocean view. Food not so great and have to pay small fee for beach towel. No easy access to food so rental car is a must. Good snorkeling nearby beach

お部屋も割と広く、きれいに掃除されていました。 1つ難点だったのがタオルかけが無かったことです。 木製のハンガーだったので濡れてる水着をかけるのがためらいました。 何か工夫してもらえるとありがたいです。 スタッフの方たちはとても親切、丁寧、笑顔が素敵でした。 場所は市街地から離れています。空港まで40分程度、道は市街地抜けると信号がないので渋滞などはありません。 静かな場所でゆっくりさせてもらいました。

Strandurlaub im Paradis auf unserer Lieblingsinsel Ishigaki. Wir hatten uns für die Dschungel-Bungalow entschieden. Ansonsten gibt es auch Zimmer in einem Hotelkoloss. Wir waren in unserem eigenem kleinen Paradis. Der Bungalow war für 4 Personen (zwei auf Klappsofas) etwas klein. Die Einrichtung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wenig abwechslungsreich und eher japanisch/asiatisch geprägt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Automaten oder Restaurants. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Positiv zu erwähnen, ist der Fahrradverleih, um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Strand liegt in einer Bucht und der Badebereich mit einem Netz geschützt. Eher kleiner Pool. Weiterer Pluspunkt die Nähe zum Club med Kabira (dort werden Tagespässe angeboten)

かびらビレッジに宿泊。 さすがに古さは否めないが、天井高く開放感あり。 ジャグジーありのため海は見えないが、疲れた身体をほぐせるのでとてもありがたく大浴場とは別で毎日ジャグジーを使っていた。 食事はとても美味しく、昼食はコスパも良い。 遠浅で美しいビーチでのんびりできた。 また泊まりたい。 どなたかの参考になれば幸いです。
