Staff are nice, room is clean, all other areas are so clean as well. Breakfast is so good every day. Had stayed there 3 times and never be disappointed. Only 5 minutes away from Miami-Cho area , so many options to choose from for dining.

The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests. Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm. A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though! Would happily stay again.

Very nice hotel near Ishigaki Ferry terminal. Staffs were friendly. I just wish I could try their breakfast; I had to leave early.

Roast beef is so delicious

The hotel was modern, cleaness and kindness. I LOVE roast beef made by Ishigaki gyu as a breakfast buffet. I had never eaten such a delicious one. I wanted to buy it, so I asked a staff, but it is made in own kitchen so I couldn’t. I’ll back soon to eat the roast beef(^^)

朝ごはんルールが厳しすぎる

予約した時に、朝ごはんはその日によって決めたいな、と思い含めなかったのですが、それが大間違いでした。他の客のキャンセルが出ない限り、もうすでに売り切れとチェックインした時に言われ、次の日の朝に朝ごはんは可能かと聞いても速攻売り切れと言われ、結局3日目の最後の朝に又聞いた際も、レストランはもう満席と断られました。じゃあいつ頃聞いたら可能なのですか、と聞いたらレストランのスタッフと話して、最後の朝なので特別、と朝ごはんを食べれることになりました。朝ごはんはとても美味しく満足でした。でもレストランは全然満席でもなかったので、一体何を基準に断られたのだろうと疑問でした。 エコフレンドリーなホテルなので、食材を無駄にしたくないとか色々理由はあるのだと思いますが、他のホテルでは経験のしたことのない厳しさで、それはかなり不満でした。あとシャワーが水になることが多かったのも残念でした。 スタッフは大体みんな感じが良かったし、フリーのビールや泡盛があったり、コンドミニアム側の部屋は洗濯機もついていて、ベランダで干したりもできて便利でした。朝ごはん問題がなかったらもっと快適なステイだったと思います。

Location is good, close to port and all the izakayas and shopping areas while also not being too close. Room is really small for the price paid, it felt smaller than a lot of business hotels I've stayed at despite it costing more. Also not many facilities such as public bath. Cleaning was also a bit annoying. It was meant to be eco cleaning where they clear out bins and replace towels, which is fine, however they didn't clear out the bin at all over the 4 days and didn't take the old towels back meaning I had a pile of garbage and towels left over after 4 days.

A bit disappointed this time

I have been staying at this hotel for multiple times every year since a couple of years and my feeling is that the quality is going a little bit down as the amenities are getting old. Beds and mattresses are not of the best quality and I couldn't sleep well this time. More importantly, air conditioning doesn't work properly and is very noisy. I can understand that cheap AC has been installed in the rooms to achieve low prices but it might be good to consider changing them as they get old. Also, one disappointing point this time is that there was no more bread fore breakfast. There used to be a small bread section for breakfast (very limited choice though...) and I was disappointed to see that it was gone this time. Some people like to eat bread for breakfast and usually there is breat in most hotels so it would be great to put it back as breakfast is the selling point of this hotel.

Nice place, easy to access and close to the main area. Buildings nearby are quiet so really great to stay. Only one thing is the parking lot is small that if you drive a big car, quite a good challenge to this

1泊2人で1万の宿泊費は8月のこの時期にしてはお手頃と思いましたが、とにかく居住スペースが狭く、部屋に二人でいると息苦しさがありました。料金の安さを取るか、多少高くても、快適さを取るかは、旅行の目的も含め、悩ましいところです。またホテル周辺は元々住宅街で飲食などの施設がほとんどなく、コンビニにも5分以上歩かなくてはなりませんでした。素泊まりだったので、毎朝食の購入に困りました。ただ、素泊まりの客に毎朝セルフでスムージーのサービスがあったのと、コーヒーのサービスがあったのは助かりました。フロントも笑顔の対応があり、ホテルの出入りはスムーズでした。　　毎日借りられませんでしたが、枕の貸し出しがあったのもユニークでした。

コンドミニアム棟に2泊しました。 部屋の掃除をしてもらいたかったのですが、タオルがドアノブに掛けてあるだけでした。 また、洗顔料がハンドソープ兼でしたので、メイク落としが欲しかったです。 有料ではあったみたいです。 コーヒーやアルコール類、スムージーが飲めたのは良かったです。

2025年7月にコンド棟に４泊しました。 小さいながらもキッチン・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・洗濯機があり、ダイバーなので大変重宝しました。包丁や炊飯器まで貸してくれて外食が多くなりがちな旅行でも自炊で胃を休ませることができます。コンド棟宿泊者は１７～２０時でビール・泡盛などが飲み放題のラウンジが使えるので滞在中お酒を買うことなく過ごせました！無料のスムージーもフルーツいっぱいで大満足です！石垣島にダイビングにくるときはいつもお世話になっています。リゾートホテルではありませんが、アクティビティメインで石垣に来る人にはとてもオススメできるホテルです！
