When in Misakicho, you can plan a visit to Ishigaki Island Ferry Terminal and Euglena Mall, some noteworthy sights in the nearby area.
If you're spending some time in Kabira, Kabira Bay and Kabira Bay Beach are top sights worth seeing.
While there might not be top attractions in Tonogusuku, you can explore the larger area and discover places like Ishigaki Island Ferry Terminal and Yaeyama Museum.
