"The staff was so courteous and helpful. They stored luggage before check in and after check out with smiles on their faces. Really nice people. And the breakfast was amazing. We were here shortly after Christmas and Venice was full of lights. It was cold and freezing but we loved every minute of our stay. Thanks Hotel Principe!"
