"Lovely in every way. Kifaru will be a place we stay again and again. Wonderful location, beautiful property, lovely home. The staff is so welcoming. Moses the groundskeeper is just one of the best. Fred is an amazing cook. We were a larger group so were able to purchase food and he cooked it for us. Kaka and Rosie the dogs are just the best to have around. Kifaru is a gem!"

The amenities and access to shopping area was added value. I highly. It is not too far off the mombasa highway yet tucked neatly away in a quiet neighborhood. Security was also very vigilant about guest announcements and kids trying to ride bikes out of the safe compound."

"Travelled internationally and discovered before our final flight into Nairobi that the owner cancelled the reservation without explanation and would not respond to message or call. This is despite having spoken with them via WhatsApp 2 weeks prior to confirm that the unit was actually available after booking it. Don’t book with this property or operator. I suspect they have this property listed under various listings/prices and wind up cancelling the less lucrative bookings when they are able to...

"I booked the property and host didn’t communicate at all. Ended up going to check in and was unable. I had to find another place. Very poor customer service and don’t recommend a all. Avoid! "
