"Beautiful building. Clean nice space and pool. Difficult check in scenario for us. Lack of amenities and basic things you will need on a trip to Mexico. Far from anything - you need a golf cart. If you want a beautiful room and that’s all you want - great - but would choose a hotel on this island. Check in - they wouldn’t give us code enroute till we got there but then all power and most cell service were down on island that day so nightmare 104 heat all afternoon no service to get code, then...

"We booked the appartement with the terrasse two months before but we got another one without. Apparently they overbooked the place. Clean place, confortable bed, hot water, minimal stuff for cooking is present. There is a Chadraui superstore at walking distance where you can take the bus for downtown. Bring your ear plugs as the place is noisy."
