Finest Playa Mujeres by The Excellence Collection - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Most staff are friendly and helpful. However, some restaurants staffs are less friendly. The restaurants don’t take reservations and during 7pm rush hour they can be rude."
Privilege Aluxes Isla Mujeres Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Privilege Aluxes in September 2026. The staff was very helpful, including the cleaning staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. The food choices were good, especially at the Beach Club, which is where we tended to eat. We also took advantage of Satay and Rodizio, and both were also terrific. We had the breakfast buffet in Sabor several days, and it was good but not great. It's quick and easy, but a buffet will never be as good and fresh as a la carte food. But it definitely helped us fill our bellies so we could head to the beach. Speaking of, the beach was gorgeous. We didn't have problems getting a palapa and chairs any day we were there. The only complaint there is the reserved spots are back toward the resort, so there's no breeze due to structures and hedges on either side. Service was definitely great though, and the water was gorgeous. One complaint about the room is that we did see ants in the room a couple times. I get that we're in a tropical environment, and that can happen, but we still had to be aware of where they were compared to any food, etc. The other is that the toilet flushed well, but it seems like toilet paper didn't always go down easily. Sometimes it took several flushes for it to happen. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others."

Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment we arrived Liliana concierge was absolutely amazing as well as all the staff around the hotel! She paid attention to detail and made our stay the best! From arranging our transportation from the airport to the ferry round trip , our restaurant reservations which she made extra special for my daughter’s birthday, to our golf cart rental and spa recommendations. I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter for a girls birthday trip and she made it memorable and made us feel safe and like family. Gracias Liliana por todo❣️🙏 All the staff were absolutely wonderful as well! Thank you William for making our dinners special, Roberto at the Cevicheria, Nancy making breakfast yummy, Enoc bringing us drinks at the beach, Felix making our water aerobics and pool parties fun and DJ Kimberly for keeping us dancing 💃 and the fun activities for the kids. Victor in the lobby always greeting us and making sure everything was ok. Laura in the spa was great. This is my second time coming here and never disappoints! Forgot to mention the beautiful beach, delicious food and location! Perfect for families and couples can’t wait to come back! Thank you Mia Reef you have the greatest hospitality and staff."
