"Property is older but very clean and staff is friendly. Restaurant and dock bar has excellent food and Lenny the bartender is fabulous. Gorgeous coral reef right off the dock. "

"We stayed during Carnival in July 2024 for 11 days, our second visit to the island. And honestly this house was a million times better than our last on the beach even. We wanted for nothing at Tony and Jo's. If I had a question or any need they were always happy to help! The check in process was so easy as Jo met us at the airport, it was meant to be the ferry dock but due to a flight delay Jo was able to change plans last minute for and meet us with our golf cart rental at the Utila Airport. Yes, they even arranged our golf cart rental and had it for us upon arrival! The house is in the perfect location, close to town but not in the middle of everything, with more than enough privacy at their home and around the pool. And the pool! Such a perfect escape from the heat. It is beautifully maintained and very large with benches in the water. The Champa was perfect as well, with lighting for at night and a bar within to serve up drinks poolside! I will say my one tiny complaint is the lack of lounge chairs. Sometimes we wanted to be lazy and lay around the pool, but could only sit in chairs. But this is a minor complaint. The house was clean, up to date, and the ac worked wonderfully in the bedrooms. There was also hot water.! A bonus as our last home did not offer that. I highly recommend Laguna Vista and would stay again. Even if not Laguna Vista, I would use Tony and Jo for any rental inquiries in the future."

"The house was really nice, clean, and a lot of space. The location was great for our group, it was not right in town but a short ride to the main area. The check in process was super easy. The property manager was waiting for us at the dock when we arrived, he was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had no problems and would recommend this property to anyone."

"I had an excellent stay at Key Lime, The hosts Jo and Tony were great and very knowledgeable about the building and the island. It has superb views from the terrace and the chilled pool is a god send as it was very hot, it’s also very private and secluded. I would highly recommend a stay here."

"Enjoyed our vacation to Utila. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (all adults). Tony and Jo were very easy to work with and helped with golf cart rentals and even did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived. They met us at the ferry with our golf carts and even brought our luggage to the rental for us. We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived and it was handled promptly. Would highly recommend renting this property! Utila, thanks for the memories!!"
