"The service was fantastic. Everybody was awesome, but especially Alejandro and Damien. They help out at the breakfast in the mornings and then they’re by the pool all afternoon. My son got very sick. They were bringing food to the room. They ran to the pharmacy got us a thermometer. And they’re so kind you feel like you’re staying with friends. The hotel is not far from the water. It’s across from the cathedral, which is beautiful and it’s very clean. Most of all the food for the breakfast that’s included is out of this world."

"Very spacious and quiet room, with nice patio right near pool. Pool was large and luxurious, though shade was a little sparse during the day. Service was great, staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc, though we elected to use taxis a few times when the sun and heat were peaking. Overall a great value and enjoyable stay with zero complaints."
