Excelente servicio

Esta vez expendio me falló, tengan cuidado cuando reserven por medio de la página al menos acá en holbox, los hoteles no tienen acuerdo con Expedia, así que no toman en cuenta la reservación, es mejor hacerlo directamente con el hotel . Yo llegue a holbox y Expedia me había cancelado las reservaciones con 2 hoteles que realice.

El hotel en sí está bonito, la alberca no estaba limpia, en las fotos parece una alberca azul y nos tocó verde, hay que solicitar amenidades y no hacen la limpieza, no supe si había que solicitarla, al final de todo, la habitación muy bonita y espaciosa, para el tiempo que realmente está uno en el hotel, es adecuada, cerca del ferry y a 10 minutos de la playa principal.

Hotel bonito y económico

El hotel muy bonito con adornos típicos. Sencillo pero cómodo y muy limpio La habitación tiene cocineta y es muy útil. La alberca en el ultimo piso también muy limpia y bonita. No hay restaurantes cercanos pero ...el hotel está a unos pasos del ferry y de parada de taxis
