The staff was really welcoming in reception. Amenities are good. Room had AC and a fantastic layout. Only storage for belongings is closet. Could use a surface for suitcase. Remember to ask for safe lock. The grounds are beautiful. Beach is one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. There is food/bev service on the beach. The roof top pool needs a scrub badly and some chemical to get rid of the algae. Rooftop bar/pool area music is quite loud & nightclubby. Price for stay was very reasonable compared to others in the area. Food and Bev is expensive, but on par with others in the area. Quality of food/bev was basic and good.

Great location in Holbox. We could walk to the city center in less than 20 min. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice. I felt it fell short only on beach amenities. They have a so called "beach club" but all you get is chairs and towels. No bikes, paddleboards, kayaks,.. included in the club

Place was great for the price, loves the staff. They help you with anything you need. If you need a bus to chiquila, a taxi to the very, or rent bikes or golf carts all day. The area is near lots of other restaurants and closest to punta mosquitos . The drinks were good loves the bar upstairs with the pool. Such a beautiful view. Not sure why people complain. It's great for the price !

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 times already. There are having renovations which is good as they haven’t had it in a while. The pool was cloudy and needs some good cleaning. They have now breakfast which was pretty good and not expensive. I still recommend the place but need to take care of the details.

The Alma Rooftop Bar was our favorite. Great food and drinks and super friendly staff. Continental breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit and toast was nice. Clean beach and rooms. Great place for the price.

The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I feel bad writing this review, but it's a review of the place, not the staff. 1. I lost hot water three times in one week, including once for 24 hours. After the first time, they were diligent about fixing it, but it kept going out. After the third time, they offered to let me switch rooms, a downgrade from the sea view, and two free breakfasts. But when they showed me the new room, the hot water didn't work, so I declined the switch. 2. At the front desk, they advertise a fishing and snorkeling trip to Cabo Catoche, in which you also see flamingos. It was the most expensive trip offered. After the boat left the dock, the first mate announced that they couldn't guarantee snorkeling or flamingos, because it was the worst time of year for that. We skipped both. It was a six-hour fishing trip with ceviche for lunch, nothing else. I mentioned it to the front desk, but no refund or discount was offered. 3. In the photos, I saw hammocks over the ocean. They're gone.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful setting with very friendly staff. The grounds, bar/restaurant, pools and rooms all had nice unique touches with funky, creative, fun, and beautiful decor, etc. Quiet surroundings with easy access to both town and the natural end of the beach.

Nice hotel right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Complained about no hot water and they fixed it that same day. Rooftop bar plays loud music during the afternoons, which is sometimes annoying. Beach is beautiful, but we has an unusual amount of smelly seaweed during our visit. Free fruit plate at breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff, and most speak a good amount of English.
