The condo is located on the quiet central side of the island and only a short golf cart ride from the main grocery store, bars, shops and restaurants of downtown Isla Mujeres and its beautiful Playa Norte.
Both the master suite and living room open to unobstructed views of the ocean from a front patio. Early risers can enjoy breakfast and experience breath-taking sunrises over the ocean. The bright and spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an open bathroom with a spa massage tub with jets and colorful LED lights, a walk-in shower, an independent toilet, lots of closet space and a small safe for your valuables.
At the rear of the condo, the second bedroom opens up to a balcony with barstools overlooking a quiet lush park with a large palapa and a small playground.
It has 2 double beds with a large dresser and plenty of closet space, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, as well as a large smart TV with satellite access.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and has an open bar to the living area with height chairs to enjoy your cup of coffee, a snack or a drink.
If you run out of groceries, a restaurant is just a few steps away for lunch, dinner or just to enjoy cocktails at the bar.
The condo is fully equipped with WIFI, and each room has independent AC with separate thermostats and its own smart TV. An external generator guarantees power will not be interrupted in case of power outage.
Every condo has a secure private parking spot in the basement under 24h surveillance. There you can park your rented golf cart that will take you, after a short ride, to downtown or beautiful Playa Norte, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean.
The Isla 33 resort has 3 different swimming pools. One is just a few steps from the condo.
You will enjoy it with the kids or for a refreshing morning dip.
On the top floor, an infinity pool with a large deck and lounge chairs provides a 360-degree breath taking view of the entire island, the dark blue Caribbean Sea, and the turquoise waters that separate the island from Cancun and the Yucatan mainland.
