This privately-rented home is in one of the island’s best locations; alongside the white sand of Playa Norte and a stone’s throw away from the quaint cobblestone streets and bustling nightlife of El Centro.

The Neighborhood:

As of April 1, 2023 to comply with Mexican law, the Nautibeach Condo Association is enforcing the law that smoking is not allowed on the property. This means balconies, patios, pool, etc.
