"Beautiful and easy location. Lots of places to relax and reasonable food and drink prices at the restaurant. A few places could use some touch ups and all the bathrooms could use more hooks and shelves! Good value for money overall "

"Staff was so warm and welcoming! They were so helpful as well, we lost our phone/wallet in the taxi when we were on our way out and Sebastian at the front desk was so kind and helpful he messaged around and was able to get it back for us. Restaurant staff was so sweet as well resort is so gorgeous and private as well barely anyone there during our stay. Only complaint I have was towels were so old they had holes/ missing fabric and sometimes came dirty. Also they haven’t changed the name of the hotel to Esplendor yet it is still Hotel Beló and we spent a good 20 min trying to find it with the Taxi only to find out the name is different from the one on Expedia. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay! The staff really are amazing and kind! "

"Very clean and seems fairly new. AC works great. Didn’t get in pool but it looked clean and fresh. 80 pesos gets you to nice beaches in Hotel zone via InDrive App at the Forum. 150 pesos to airport. We walked to the Plaza America Mall. Not cheap there, same as American prices. "

"The room was clean and spacious, but the hotel is not the greatest. Small selection of food, no amenities, some servers were very nice, others seemed like they did not care. The beach is very small, the water is full of seaweed and not swimmable."

I was very surprised there wasn’t refills on our coffee and I have never seen that in my life Some of the weight staff was friendly and a few other others seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job jobs It was a great location very nice beach. I thought it was a great the way they had somebody rake up what little sarcasm there was. Too many cats for my taste The sushi restaurant across the street was wonderful The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful I thought the drinks at the bar were way overpriced. I don’t pay that much in the United States."
