"We booked Privilege Master Suite for sale price. We arrived late so no butler on duty. Checkin in the Privilege lounge was easy but would’ve been nice to been greeted by our butler. There’s no food choices between 10 & 11 PM except room service but were not aware of room service so we waited for the late night menu at Margarita to start at 11 PM - service was slow and food was not great. We met our butler Emilio the next AM. he booked dinner resos for us and our group that arrived that day. He arranged for coffee to be delivered to our room each AM & took care of robes/beach bag that were missing from the room. He was very friendly and helpful, gave us an update every morning on what was happening at the resort. Our friends had a different butler and did not get the same service. We tried all restaurant options during our stay. The food was good to great and Service was great with a couple exceptions. The French was Our favourite. We had lunch delivered to the beach, ate at the Privilege restaurant, Pez Dama and Ocean Burger and all were good. The room was new & clean, the beach is gorgeous. All the staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to Bettyana in lobby bar and Salvador at beach who kept us well ‘hydrated’. The staff hustle and any issues with service are due to being understaffed. Overall a great experience in a beautiful location."
