"Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck. "

"This property was clean and had the basics but best of all was located close to Montecito and the beach in Santa Barbara. It is close to the freeway but the noise isn't overwhelming."

"Lovely appointed patio with lounge chairs and tables. Stayed 3 nights…comfortable bed and a huge shower. Very nice accommodations. The weather was beautiful and we took full advantage of the patio. We have stayed at this VRBO before and we certainly do so again."

"Great pool and hot tub that are very clean with nice warm water. The continental breakfast was way better than expected with eggs, sausage and pancakes available. The staff that prepared the breakfast was exceptionally attentive to their guests and the food. Will be back again!"
