Newly renovated, the property has 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 living rooms, and a tiki cabana flanking the pool! The house sits on a beautiful basin with deep water that houses many manatees in the heart of the Village of Islamorada! This patch of paradise is less than one minute to open water of the Bayside of Islamorada. Super location – a 1 minute walk to many local restaurants. The island has so much to offer - amazing, galleries, shops, restaurants, aqua blue waters, incredible fishing and boating!

    This property offers an exceptional collection of amenities designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Outside, guests can enjoy a stunning waterfront pool surrounded by a tropical lounge area and a tiki cabana for shaded relaxation. The property features a 35-foot-wide deep-water dock, perfect for accommodating larger boats—an especially valuable feature for Islamorada travelers looking to explore the Keys by water or enjoy world-class fishing and boating. Guests also have access to two paddleboards and two kayaks for on-the-water adventures, as well as ample parking with dedicated boat trailer space. We had a wonderful time at this home. Our group of 12 had plenty of space to move around and room for ourselves. The kitchen was very well stocked. All the outdoor areas are amazing to relax. Plenty of sun or shade areas. Some of us used the paddle boards and kayaks. The highlight has to be the many manatee that would swim around the docks. The location is great as well. We were able to walk to a lot of places.

The host was very engaged and was always attentive to any of our questions and comments.Our stay at Dockside was very enjoyable. The property was in great condition. The backyard was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The bedroom setup was well organized and the number of King beds suited our group very nicely. The boat dock and all the ouydoor furniture were high quality and in wonderful condition.The location in the middle of Islamorada made easy access to all the good things in this part of the Keys. Our group had a wonderful experience and we plan to return.

Great Vacation Home

This is our third year visiting at this home and it is always a wonderful experience for our extended family and kids. We have 5 kids (3yo - 10yo) and 6 adults stay comfortably. The location is ideal near shops and restaurants, but secluded and quiet on the bay. We bring a 23' boat that fits easily on the dock. The home is well equipped and owners are thoughtful renters. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

The home was perfect. Our family had an amazing week, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we would want and more. The two walk out master suites on the ground level made it very accessible. The access to water was so fun. We spent quite a bit of our week on kayaks, paddle boards and in the pool. Walking to the corner for sunset at Lorelei's was super convenient and the perfect end to each day. Thanks for a great stay!

Five Star Property - Five Star Location

We had an amazing stay at Islamorada Sway South! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and ideal for our large family vacation. One of the highlights was seeing dolphins and manatees right from the property—such a memorable experience!Chausey, the property manager, was fantastic. He was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We asked if there was a cooler we could use, and he had one ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality!If you're looking for a beautiful, well-located place in Islamorada, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at VRBO properties all around the USA and this was by far the nicest we have rented. This place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, modern and spacious for our party of 11. The backyard is an oasis with the pool and shaded seating pavillion. The kitchen had every amenity you could ask for. The property listing says there is a drip coffee maker but the kitchen also has a Nesspresso and Keurig machine, that made the coffee lovers in the family quite happy. A manatee came to visit on the first day of the trip. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay in Islamorada then this is the place to book!
