Expansive patio for open air dining or lounging. Main bedroom has an ocean view, opens to screened patio, a king sized bed, private bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. The split floor plan design provides a private additional bedroom with a spacious bathroom. Ideal for remote workers, retirees wishing to spend winter in a warm, sunny locale or families looking for an adventurous escape. Large heated community pool and hot tub. Lighted tennis courts.
