"We’ve vacationed in the Keys many times and this property was the best. First is location. It’s on a canal cut off Little Basin. There are many walkable restaurants and attractions. The house itself was very clean and the layout conducive to renters with two master suites upstairs and a smaller bedroom and bath down. Property management very attentive and communicative with a very nice young lady coming on site. Beautiful pool area and deck by water. Can’t go wrong with this."

"The property was perfect for a family getaway. We were six adults plus two tall teenagers. The inside of the townhouse was very clean. The community was also very nice and clean. The place worked for our family. The only downfall was not having a working sleeper sofa. There was a cot and a foldable foam mattress as a substitute. We made it work."

The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room,...

The plunging pool was great at the house, and a larger pool - ocean side if you need more sun! Within walking distance to restaurants, and Cafe Moka next door.
