"Tonmoy was great. He offered so much help and many suggestions on places to go locally. He even took me to a tea shop. The dates for my trip weren't available all in one room but he was willing to let me change rooms a few times so I was able to stay for all the dates I needed. Very accommodating. Communication was great, he was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend staying at Bashundara if you're in Siliguri, Tonmoy will make it a great stay."

Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and promptly deliver whatever we needed. Every request was met with a broad smile, humility, and a willingness to help. A special shout-out to Rohit and Shyam, who looked after us so thoughtfully and ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable.
