"I worked 12 hours then drove 2 hours to get to my hotel room and have No hot water so I called for help they came promptly and felt the water it said it's because everyone is using it so I waited till 11 and still no hot water finally by 4am there was enough I wanted to relax and unwind it was awful sheets and mattress the floor had popcorn bits which we didn't have any. I'm so exhausted from a restless night. Will not book there in future. I'm highly disappointed."
