"Perfect cottage. It takes you back in time to the clean cozy cottages you remember. Check in was smooth and communication was great. Cottage was clean and spacious. Hope to be back. Thank you."
Lakefront cabin in VT's Northeast Kingdom on the VAST trail.
10/10 Excellent
"The lake was so warm and the sunsets were beautiful. It is a sweet cottage with room to spread out having two separate living spaces, upstairs deck, and downstairs patio. The grassy yard by the lake is large with nice sandy access to the lake and dock. Our dog got his first canoe ride here - so fun! It’s also in a convenient location not far from stores, golf, a brewery, and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your place with us!"
"My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great, long-weekend stay m one of the cabins. It was cute, well maintained, and comfortable. Only complaint would be the limited hot water for a shower, as the cabins seem to use a shared hot water tank. Pro tip: shower early in the morning or late at night when nobody else is 😉"
"Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Very close to the trails at KT especially the white school trails like farmjunk and not to far from victory hill trails."
‘Dirt Church’ Brewery charming church, pet-friendly! Close to biking & skiing!
10/10 Excellent
"It was really fun to stay in an old church that shares property with a brewery. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The hosts are easy-going and had a great cassette collection that my kids loved listening to. We would love to stay in this property again soon."
Maidstone VT

Great location Majestic Maidstone Lake VT
5 Bedroom retreat
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great time, house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location and decks right on the water cant be beat! Would recommend to others and stay again! A few things I learned that might be useful to others in making plans:- The game warden was on us within 5 minutes of dropping a fishing line in the water - make sure you have the necessary fishing license (thankfully we did)- Fishing was kind of a bust, but that cant be blamed on the house - one neighbor suggested the loons eat a ton of them so youre competing against them, and we (including some reasonably experienced folks) had no luck!- The road down to the lake is 'longish', but was in good shape (e.g. its not one of those lake roads where once youre there you feel like you dont want to leave because the ride is a wreck). We drove up to Quebec (1hr) for half a day and had a great time (Coaticook had some interesting stuff)- The 'only 1 bathroom' wasn't really a big problem, even w 8 people. There is an outdoor shower which I didnt know going in and made things easier- Firewood can be bought across the lake at the state park and was easy to get- The folks that sell pizza (on fridays and saturdays seemingly) do a great job and its well worth getting (I wished I knew they had maple bacon before we ordered!). Order early in the day though, we were lucky to get our order filled even though we called right when they 'opened' - get in touch earlier in the day!"
"Perfect weekend stay at the Seymour Lake Lodge. Very easy check-in and the host was more than accommodating for special requests. Crystal clear Lake Seymour, literally 500 steps from the lodge, offered hours of entertainment! There are a variety of rooms to choose from including a few apartment style units. Very cool property with so much to do nearby or across the road!"
Beautifully Renovated Willoughby Vermont Lake View Cottage
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage is absolutely perfect! It was just the right size for our family of 4, plus our dog. The location is very quiet at the end of a road with beautiful views. The cottage is very comfortable with just enough modern updates. The private beach is shared with the other homes on the road but not crowded. Sandy lake bottom that’s shallow for quite a ways out, great for kids. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We have already reserved for next year!"
