"When we arrived at the property, it was a little off putting because of the negative signs posted. “Absolutely no dogs allowed”. “No non-registered vehicles allowed” The front desk clerk, Alaska, was not welcoming at all. After that though, we were pleased with our room and the facilities. The breakfast was disappointing as there was no fresh fruit. The morning front desk clerk was very friendly as was the dining room attendant."

"My stay at the Western Hotel was awful. The moment I walked in, the room smelled absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, the shower had a disgusting sewage smell coming out of it. Management clearly knew there was a major issue because they put a massive dehumidifier in the room that took up the entire entrance walkway. It was a really bad experience and I will not be staying here again."
