"Overall a good experience. Central location. Close to many restaurants and entertainment venues. Spacious room with excellent view and many amenities. Kasa host was very welcoming and helpful. Received a text that our room was ready and was provided a code to enter by 4pm as promised. Upon entering the room, we noticed it had not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out. Notified the front desk. Host apologized and offered compensation. Room was available by 5pm. Though most of the space was clean and tidy, a significant amount of hair was noticed in the shower and around the sink. It is possible that the housekeeper may have been rushing to prepare the room."
