We thought there must be something wrong with this place - it looked fantastic online but it was cheap and we were able to book it quite late. It really was as great as it looked, but only a couple of rooms were booked the night we stayed - in peak season. Why isn't there more demand for this sort of place? The owner's family had owned it for centuries but he was struggling to keep it in business.

"The Maison and its garden is very relaxing. On top of that the hosting is done by Catherine who is very service driven and completesthe whole package. By good conversation and observation Catherine knows very quickly what your needs are during breakfast and by making up your room she thrives to optimal comfort.
