"Our stay was amazing , the location was ideal and the surroundings are scenic , the condition of cabin was ideal , lovely and clean on arrival , only suggestion would be a path to the fire pit area, may have just been heavy rainfall before arrival but the ground was very marshy and kept getting foot stuck in Ground due to this , overall great place and very friendly hosts and very accommodating, great place highly recommend "

The cabin is a thoughtfully designed self-contained pod, built with natural materials, plenty of nice design touches, and careful thought put into maximizing a small footprint. "My party stayed at the other side of Loch Awe a couple of years ago and were keen to return to the area. Decided on Dalavich after driving past the village previously. "What an amazing corner of the world. Very remote, peaceful and quiet. The hiking was wonderful. The cabin had everything we needed once we had our kitchen stocked with food. My only advice is that it would be nice to know before arrival that the nearest grocery store is 90 minutes away. We could have shopped ahead of time and saved a 3 hour round trip to Oban. Thank you Allan for a clean modern cabin for 9 days....."

"Amazing location, just as described! Incredible views from the comfortable cabin and everything we needed. Including excellent WiFi which was a must for us with a child with special needs. Walks into the forest straight from your door and facilities such as a shop/cafe and restaurant within a short walking distance. "Lovely setting , Rowan Cafe was lovely and the staff were great. There is no food currently been served in the grill bar which is a shame but the bar was lovely was cosy. We had a few issues with the cabin but nothing to spoil our holiday."
