Beautiful 6 BR 5 BA Beach Rental | Pet Friendly
Upon arrival at "Bellevue III", this resort-like pet friendly Isle of Palms vacation rental will immediately inspire relaxation among the whole family. This Isle of Palms beach rental exhibits a modern style with an updated twist on the popular beachy-lowcountry feel, and is complete with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With a large custom-built heated pool and hot tub, as well as multiple outdoor living rooms and spaces for many guests, this property offers the perfect location for entertaining friends and family.
Inside the home, the two story open concept living area provides ample space for gatherings and for spending quality time with the family. The updated kitchen sports a large marble island with seating for many and features high end appliances, including a spacious, built-in fridge and a 36" gas range stove. Open to the kitchen is the living room, furnished with seating for the whole family and two large TVs so that a great view is available no matter where you're sitting.
The two lower floor bedrooms have king beds, and the downstairs master suite features a TV and is completely handicap accessible. Additionally, its large, beautiful bathroom is perfect for preparing for days at the beach, and the walk in shower is great after night swims in the pool. Upstairs you will find four of the six bedrooms, all complete with comfortable mattresses and stylish but cozy bedding. One of the upper floor bedrooms houses a king bed, and two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The kids room, a nautical themed space with two built-in bunk beds, is the perfect space for children of all ages. Each bed (2 twin and 2 full) features its own reading light and USB port, and the room also includes a large TV - great for morning cartoons. The upstairs master suite is finished with a sitting area, fireplace, television, access to one of the two outdoor porches, and a coffee bar, and a large walk-in-closet that's just the right amount of space for bathing suit storage. The last two bedrooms on the second floor have queen beds, and one is furnished with a TV as well.
Outside, the home offers a large pool and hot tub great for vacations during both the warm and cold months. A large oak tree offers shade when relaxing in the pool during the sunny hours of the afternoon, and a sitting shelf and water-feature give the pool a calming, spa-like feel. An outdoor living room with a gas fireplace and TV is accessible from the backyard as well. Additionally, there is a large upper level deck complete with outdoor seating and a large 65 inch TV. Off of the backyard is a spacious game room that can be made completely open for entertaining with the push of a button, lifting a custom-made garage door to create an open-concept gathering space with great flow. The game room is fully furnished with a pool table and a second kitchen, as well as a large TV that can be shifted for views from the couch or hot tub. The kitchen features a beverage fridge and an ice maker, perfect for filling coolers for trips to the beach. Additionally, a gas grill is available for use outside, great for family dinners and barbecues by the pool, and the outdoor bathroom is located near the pool as well and offers a way to rinse off after trips to the beach or time in the pool. Finally, cap of your evenings relaxing around the gas fire pit making the perfect S'mores.
Spending time in this home is relaxing and exciting, and with all of the great features that are offered, you may never leave the property! All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions.
