GREAT OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS 3RD FLOOR CONDO!
Attention: Roof repair that may affect the AC is scheduled for first three weeks in December. The cooler days should make this satisfactory. A 20% discount for each day affected will be issued if this occurs during your stay.
Don’t look any further! You will love this private,cozy, and super clean 1 bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There are two dining areas with one adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private ocean view balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day-dream looking at the ocean and boats sailing by. If you prefer to explore the Beachfront area, you can quickly walk to shops and restaurants offering everything from Pizza and burgers to Shrimp and Grits , Catch of the day, or Prime Rib!

The living room is appointed with queen sized sleeper sofa which is set up as a Chaise Sofa for day time use, end table with reading lamp, small glass top coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD, and cable entertainment package. Movies, books, and games are located in the decorative cabinet under the TV. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows captivating ocean views of the beach, pool, private pier.

The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and other items needed to cook your own meals. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are also provided.

The private bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Flat screen TV w/DVD player. The bed is made up of a good quality mattress that sits on a Casper bed foundation. No squeaks or lumps here! The bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. There is also set of built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is clean and brightly decorated with a full tub/ shower.

The location is wonderful! You are located on the beach at the center of the Isle of Palms just a few minutes walk to restaurants and entertainment. You are only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and other great activities.

Our community offers a fresh water sparkling pool. Additionally, there is a coin operated laundry and free WiFi service.

You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views. It will be worth the climb to the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR
Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit.

BEACH RULES

The regulations that the City has in place are intended to protect the beach's natural beauty for all to enjoy!
No motorized vehicles on beach
Personal property left unattended on the beach after sunset may be removed and disposed of
Holes dug in the sand should be filled back in for safety 
Jet Skis and motorboats may not operated in designated swimming areas
For your safety, no glass bottles are allowed on the beach 
No overnight sleeping on beach
Please protect our dunes, use the paths
Fireworks are prohibited
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
Golf carts are not allowed on the beach.

We had a great time staying here with our 10-month old daughter. Check in was easy and the place was super clean. The host was always responsive to communications. The ocean views and access to the pier are great, we would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations are small but sufficient and clean. Beautiful ocean views! Best part! Nice seating inside and out. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. One suggestion is to repair the exhaust fan in bathroom.We would definitely come back to this location.

Isle of Palms Oceanfront getaway

Overall this is an excellent place to stay. The property is a bit older, but definitely saw them trying to update things. It was very clean, very awesome location, easy access for checking in. Steps from the beach and cute shops and eateries! Clean pool, private beach and pier for fishing access. We loved it. We stayed on the 3rd floor(by choice) for the view. The steps did get to be a bit much by the end of the trip! My only complaint.

January Weekend on IOP

My wife and I had a great time on Isle of Palms. The condo was exactly as presented online and our host was very helpful and cooperative. There area was recovering from a snow storm which presented some local travel challenges. We enjoyed a beautiful and quiet weekend. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean and provided a great view of the beach. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.
