Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV, den, and 2 front verandas, all with ample seating. The fully stocked kitchen features new stainless appliances and an island with additional bar seats.

There are 4 bedrooms total; 3 located in the main house and 1 located in the new mother-in-law suite. This suite has a separate entrance and features a mini kitchen, full size bed, and full bathroom. The master has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 twin beds, and bedroom 4 with a queen bed. The additional two guest rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall upstairs. The 1/2 bath is easily accessible off of the kitchen.

Large screened porch with a TV looks out on the huge fenced in backyard with new turf. The house is the perfect beach getaway for kids and pups to play and run around. Lounge with a cool beverage on the 2nd floor deck for afternoon sun. Fire up the gas grill to prepare your family meal. Kayak available with signed waiver.

PLEASE NOTE: This house is rented exclusively in the summer on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Fireplace not for guest use. $200 plus tax pet fee required per dog. Golf Cart waiver must be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older. Cost is $300 plus tax per week. NO Smoking. Only 3 cars allowed. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
