The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. **ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.

Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.
Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities.
Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
Bedroom 2) King Bed; private access to hall bath (tub/shower combo); Cable flat-screen TV.
