Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Island realty staff helpful and friendly. Unit needs some love and updates. Mattress is comfy but needs replacing as it is old and smells a bit. Couch was very dirty. We put a blanket on it to cover dirty spots. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels available.
