Wonderful Oceanfront Condo overlooking Pool & Beach new renovations January 2025

Located on the first floor- the large spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlook both the beach and oceanfront pool – exclusively for Seagrove Guest. The porch has a separate door leading to stairs that give an even more direct beach and pool access. All of this and it is just steps to the beach!

The open style interior allows the condo to live very large – with lots of space to just kick back and relax. Completely redecorated in January 2022, we have tried to think of everything you’ll need to begin enjoying your low country vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king bed (with soft and comfy 100% cotton sheets - perfect for extra softness when you’ve had a hard day of playing in the sun!) The master bath has a spacious walk in shower with a blissful rain style shower head.

Around the corner and down the hall, the guest suite is completely private. With a King bed and its own bathroom, guest will feel like they are staying in the master bedroom!

Both bedrooms have their own wall mounted large TVs and of course, we have top speed internet (1.2 GIG) top speed so even if you must do a little work while on vacation, we’ve tried to ease the burden as much as we can.

All of this and you are within very short walking distance of the heart of Wild Dunes – the Grand Pavilion, Village shops, Sweetgrass Convention center, hotel, shops, and dining.

We hope you will choose to stay with us and enjoy our little slice of heaven in Wild Dunes!

Beautiful condo and great location!

We loved our stay! Condo kitchen was recently renovated and gorgeous. Patio looks out over pool and has an ocean view. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Wild Dunes

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. Location and view of the pool and ocean was great. Only downside which is of no fault of the condo owners is the closest beach access was closed so we had to walk further to the next one down. Also, there are notes on how to pack the fridge when you first check in, as it does take a bit to cool down, but once it does it’s normal. Overall a great stay and look forward to doing so again.

Perfect Spot!

We really enjoyed this property! It was so clean, very comfortable, and super close to the beach! This was probably one of the easiest check-ins as well. We highly recommend this property for your getaway!

Our 4th time at Wild Dunes. Seagrove is a great location. On the beach and close to the main hotel. Very clean and plenty of space!

Relaxing stay but

Loved the accommodations it was everything advertised. Had a small problem with fan in master bedroom but was quickly rectified by property management. They were great. Pool and beach were easily accessible and made for relaxing time. The only negative was the constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. That got to be a little annoying particularly in morning and later at night. Otherwise great experience.

Great Stay in Wild Dunes

We had a great stay at this condo - the location cannot be beat, a very short to the beach and pool and less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel with restaurants, etc. Beds were super comfortable, condo was spacious, kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware. We also appreciated the owner's recommendations for where to rent chairs and bikes. The only issue, which was not worth removing a star, was that we were asked to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. I totally understand not providing endless supplies like that for week stays but for only three nights, we were surprised to receive those instructions after booking. Again, small compliant amongst an otherwise wonderful stay.

Great Place!

We loved this property. It so convenient to the Boardwalk Inn gazebo, etc. The interior has been updated and is very nice. The patio furniture is also very nice--bar-height for good ocean views. The location is great--right by the pool--but that comes with the caveat that the pool can be loud with kids screaming, screeching, and just having normal kid-type fun as they play in the water. There is no elevator, and even though this is a first-floor unit, there are three (short) flights of steps required, which was difficult for my 80-year-old mother-in-law. Overall, however, with those caveats that might make a difference to some guests, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Spacious ocean view condo on Isle of Palms

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we did have a few hiccups along the way. We arrived at the unit after 5pm, but could not unlock the front door. The door had been dead bolted from the inside. The dead bolt is separate and not operated by the code. I reread the check in instructions and noted that the code is the same for front and back doors. My husband went in search of the back door and was able to let us in. Once inside, we discovered that the beds were unmade. I called the assistant manager, thinking that the unit might still be occupied. She said there had been an error and the unit was not scheduled to be cleaned until the next day. She assembled a team and rushed over to clean the condo. I was disappointed that I couldn’t shower and change clothes before dinner, but we left so housekeeping wouldn’t have to work around us. We returned several hours later to freshly made beds and clean towels. We were grateful for management’s quick response. Later that night, I hopped in the shower and was dismayed by the black mold on the shower floors and walls. I sent photos of the moldy shower to the assistant manager the next morning and she dispatched the cleaning crew again. She also told me the tub was draining slowly and that a maintenance man would stop by later. The slow tub and moldy shower were handled and we had no further problems. The unit is spacious and well furnished. Management is responsive. Location is great.

Check-in process was super easy. Couldn’t beat the location… easy access to the beach and community pool. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with supplies; we had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely rent this place again!

Terrific property and location!

Family- and kid-friendly property! Worked out well for our family in terms of layout. Unobstructed view of the pool and just steps from the beach. Short walk to the pavilion and hotel. We loved this property and will be back!

All in all it was a really nice place. We loved the condo and had an enjoyable time. Need to mention just a couple of things …We got in Sunday evening at dark and the light showing “ building 3” was out so we had a hard time actually finding the unit. A kind gentleman helped us. Signage could be heightened. The condo as a whole was great! However the bathrooms could’ve have been wiped over one more time before our arrival as there was a lot of long black hair in the bathroom vanity drawers and a few in the shower. Also there was food under the table -it looks like it was just missed during cleaning. The outdoor fan was very difficult to get on but once on it worked-possibly think about a replacement. Again other than those few things mentioned we loved our stay and would possibly come back!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Seagrove 3B was a fantastic spot for our "start of summer" family getaway. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, as well as completely equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view from the porch gave us beautiful views of the ocean and a perfect spot to sip coffee while we watched our kids playing in the pool below. Wild Dunes has so much to offer, and Seagrove is a prime location with easy beach access and walkability to the Grand Pavilion and Sweetgrass Inn amenities. We would definitely return to this property!
