"My family enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early from the road trip and were politely told we needed to wait until 3 pm to check-in. No problem. We were taking a chance anyway. When we returned and opened the door to our room, it was quite a pleasant surprise to see that our room was upgraded! The room was clean and the beds were comfy...although the pillows aren't that great. Breakfast options were plentiful. Every staff person that we encountered was hospitable and nice. We even received text messages throughout our stay to determine if things were going well. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and will surely book again. You should too! The office manager, Kelly?, and the front desk receptionist, Mrs. Joy Rivers, were both amazing!"

"My stay at the hotel was great but the only issue I have at the hotel is that they required a $100 deposit when booking which was fine. It’s been a few weeks after and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I would call to ask about when I would receive my deposit back and nobody would answer the phone. "
