"My daughter and I travel during Mothers day weekend each year and I decided we go to Newport News VA instead of Virginia Beach! I am so glad we did. This is a quaint little place that we enjoyed. The fountain view from our room at the hotel was a blessing. The staff, especially Alexandria, were amazingly pleasant and helpful. We could not get in the pool that was advertised due to the unclean condition it was in. Overall, I loved the Living Museum, the restaurants, hotel breakfast was so so good and will bring my husband there for a short train visit. Thank you all for making our trip wonderfully peaceful and pleasant. Love, Marietta"
