"Spacious with lots of light and open windows. Beds were reasonable however loft bed was not suitable for mature age travellers. Everything we needed was available. Enjoyed our stay. Some attention could be given to securing the shower head and a support rail climbing into and out of a high bath for your shower. Close to trams, with easy access to the city centre. "The hotel is very conveniently located to the city and transportation. Very close to two museums and excellent bakeries. The rooms are a bit small/cozy, but comfortable beds, clean, and quiet (double windows). If you need an extra towel, can just ask. Our room had tea & instant coffee, hot water kettle, and large water bottle to refill from dispenser in lobby area. Good stay!"
