"It was a great location. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and good. The second bathroom has a very short shower which was fine for my three kids but an adult would have trouble standing. The check in process was great but when we had difficulty getting the door open in the evening (very old door and was very hard to open) no one answered the number we called. The apartment could use more than 2 coffee cups but had a full set of everything else. They were very nice to have laundry...

"This apartment was comfortable and light. Lucie helped us greatly in checking in and local recommendations. The ONLY issue we had and fortunately it was not a deal breaker is I do not remember reading the description there are 22 narrow & steep stairs between the living room/kitchentte/front door and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Luckily we do not have mobility issues but others may."

"The property manager, Geraldine, was great at communicating ahead of our arrival. "This is a great apartment in the center of Bordeaux that is clean, quiet, very well-equipped and is perfect as a base to explore the city and the surrounding area. There re plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, there is parking nearby, and the location is excellent. Benedicte was the perfect host; she met us at the apartment even though we arrived late at night, and her communication was very fast. We will definitely stay again on a future trip."

"We had a wonderful stay in this large, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable apartment. Our communications with Charlotte and Suzanna were timely, clear and relevant. The location was perfect. All the city sites and venues were within walking distance. It was so convenient to have butcher, bakery, restaurants, tram and bus within close proximity to the apartment. Taking morning walks to the nearby public gardens was a bonus. This apartment is in a perfect location for a great holiday in Bordeaux."
