The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "We were 4 adults and stayed for a week. The staff were very helpful and quite conversable in English. The rooms were clean every day. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast. It is very easy to reach by train only about 7 minutes walk and also it is very close to the centre about 5 mins walk to Marktplatz. Very well served in all aspects"
