Gegenüber wohnt die superfreundliche Gastgeberin und hilft sofort bei allen Fragen. Man hat viel Platz und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles wunderbar sauber und genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Auch die Heizung ist jederzeit verfügbar. ( Ende Oktober ein wichtiges Kriterium) Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. "We had the best stay at Hotel La Palma. We were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff— from the front desk, to restaurant staff, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping. As for the property, it is modernly designed, yet warm and aesthetically pleasing. It has a gym and spa, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was creative and delicious! The hotel faces the glorious Lake Maggiore and the beautifully manicured front exterior has seating areas for guests to indulge in the stunning water views. Our room was perfect— very clean, contemporary in design, and plenty of room for a couple. While the bathroom was compact, it had up-to-date amenities and our towels were refreshed daily. Breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of offerings and caffeine drinks made exactly to one’s liking. All in all Hotel La Palma exceeded our expectations for our visit to Stresa."
