"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! "Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."

"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. Super spacious with fantastic library of books. We were sad to leave. Just keep in mind - it's an old house! No air conditioning so adjust expectations for summer months."
