"This hotel is incredibly special. The views from the rooms, pool, and bistrot are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The photos don't do it justice - it was breathtaking. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the bed comfy. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and truly committed to making sure you enjoyed your stay. I can't wait to go back! "

"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! "The staff at Castillo Monticello were very helpful. Upon check in, we were given information about beaches and towns and how to get there. The hotel provided transportation to and from the port. We will stay there again."
