bel posto ma male gestito e in crisi

Cominciamo dall'inizio, richiesta ulteriore pari al 20% in più del soggiorno per, devo ancora capire cosa. 10 € a persona per assicurazione... il tutto quando Expedia dava il prezzo finito. La CAMERA: abbiamo risparmiato sul bagno schiuma, era così per tutti, 4 confezioni X tre persone per una settimana e ad ogni richiesta " certo provvederemo" Il RISTORANTE: anche qui al risparmio, devi mangiare in 2 ore percorrendo distanze e file chilometriche per approvvigionamenti. Bevande in quantità, a patto di essere fortunati che il dispenser di cola non eroghi acqua o melassa... una lotteria. Uova al bacon a colazione un'unica piastra 20x40 a disposizione di 500 persone, fila media 10 persone, tempo medio 1/2 ora e per un toast, stessa storia. Magari la Valtur ha risparmiato 50 € di personale e noi abbiamo dedicato mezza giornata della nostra vacanza ad aspettare! L' ANIMAZIONE: so tutto, conosco ogni animatore con nome e cognome, gli anni, il grado di istruzione, l'occupazione, i membri della sua famiglia, i suoi gusti e ogni sua performance per la quale sono stato costretto a fare un applauso, ho passato intere serate costretto dalla chiusura anche del piano bar nell'anfiteatro a sentire solo autocelebrazione del capo animatore che ha anche dedicato una serata intera ai suoi 40 anni. Bravi invece i ragazzi in quel pochissimo tempo dedicato all'organizzazione di spettacoli. Mediocri invece a coinvolgere i timidi e i vorrei ma non so... Magari lasciandogli la palla Marilu.

L'invasione dall'est

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia dal 11 al 14 luglio. Struttura bellissima e animazione grandiosa ( i ragazzi dello staff meritano tutti un plauso).Peccato che la ristorazione lasci molto a desiderare. Sembra che il tutto sia stato adattato agli standard di turisti dell'est ai quali é sufficiente avere il bicchiere di birra o di super alcoolico sempre in mano (anche alle otto di mattina ) a scapito di noi ospiti italiani abituati ad un livello altissimo di cura e qualità del cibo. La manutenzione delle camere lascia a desiderare: aria condizionata malfunzionante, saliscendi della doccia rotto, muffa sulle piastrelle della doccia etc. Consiglieremmo inoltre di "utilizzare", passateci il termine, ragazzi giovani e motivati anche nel reparto ristorazione; anziché vedere uno pseudo chef che serve delle linguine alle cozze come un automa e camerieri che sembra non abbiano mai fatto questo lavoro.

soggiorno molto piacevole

Struttura datata ma ben mantenuta immersa in un parco molto bello con ottima dotazione di strutture sportive per adulti e bambini, molto buona la pulizia di tutto l'impianto compresa la spiaggia. Molto gradite ampie zone ombreggiate e assolutamente silenziose dove poter stare in assoluto relax. Il mare è abbastanza pulito ma purtroppo non come dovrebbe essere una riserva marina. La ristorazione è nella media come qualità e abbondante nella quantità. L'animazione buona e familiare, mai invadente e dotata di buona professionalità. Unica pecca assoluta la mancanza di wi-fi. Spero comunque di ritornarci.

Una bella vacanza in un luogo esclusivo

Il club Valtur di Capo Rizzuto si trova in parco naturale molto ben tenuto e curato ricco di piante autoctone . La struttura principale e le camere sono ben tenute . La spiaggia con sabbia e rovcia ad uso esclusivo del club Valtur e' molto curata e sorvegliata dal servizio di salvataggio , si raggiunge percorrendo una comoda scalinata immerso in un parco di ulivi , oleandri e pini molto curati da una squadra di giardinieri che ogni giorno se ne prendono cura . La ristorazione non è varia spesso ma è' di buona qualità e abbondante . Comodo anche il ristorante alla spiaggia aperto per il pranzo . Ottima la squadra di animazione e le hostess sempre presenti ma discreti . In sintesi una vacanza trascorsa piacevolmente da consigliare a tutti famiglie e coppie .
