Set in the quiet of the countryside, this holiday villa in sicily is perfect for those who want to relax away from the stress of city life. At the same time, it is just 2 minutes drive to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and 5 minutes to the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica.

The holiday homes is on one floor. The entrance gives to the dining area with a well-equipped masonry kitchen and equipped with oven, fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) bright and well appointed.

There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, one with hydromassage shower.

Kitchen and living room open onto a large veranda furnished with wooden table and chairs, perfect for eating meals, for an aperitif or just for afternoon breaks.

The holiday villa in sicily is entirely fenced, has a wonderful private garden with ornamental plants, a panoramic terrace and 3 parking spaces. It is about 1 km from Santa Maria del Focallo Beach (Blue Flag).

It is strategically located since the most beautiful cities of South-Eastern Sicily are easily reached: Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi.
