"We had a lovely week in Carcassonne. Saw one of the Tour de France stage finales around the corner, hired bikes, had a day in narbonne and celebrated a 21st birthday. Beautiful, well equipped and characterful property."

"Close to town centre, station, canal du midi. Solidly built building and large room. Bed comfy. Initial difficulty in that i recieved no coms from landlord. No answer to phonecalls. Reply to my message was that they had no booking for me and that i was mistaken. Later they sent entry codes after i told them i had receipt and would meet at set time in local bar. Once in I was pleasantly suprised by room and bathroom. "

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "
