"The cleanliness, breakfast or services did not meet 5 star standards. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is around 3 star worthy. "This hotel presents as clean and good for a quick airport layover stay. Not sure if I’d stay for a long journey. The room card entry panels weren’t working so the staff had to walk guest to the room, unlock the room and then if you needed to go out and go back and we had to go back to the front desk ..."
