The space

Each sleeping area includes nightstands with reading lights and 2 power outlets per guest.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the upper-level studio, private terrace, laundry room, and all shared living spaces.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building and is accessible via stairs only – there is no elevator. Each floor has a single apartment, so you will enjoy full privacy with no neighbors on the same level.
One built-in wardrobe in the third bedroom contains a locked section labeled “Staff Only”, used for storing cleaning supplies. All other spaces are fully available to guests.
Check-in options:
By default, a member of our team will welcome you in person, hand over the keys, and give a short orientation of the apartment.
Alternatively, if you prefer an independent arrival, self check-in is available via a secure key box at the apartment entrance. A code will be provided prior to your stay so you can check in anytime after the official check-in hour.
Other things to note
Please note that quiet hours are from 00:00 (midnight) to 08:00. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
Smoking is only allowed on the upper terrace. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
At the end of your stay, please make sure to take out all your trash. Instructions for disposal will be provided in the house manual.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator and requires stair access.
The rooftop bedroom has a lower ceiling and is accessed via a ladder, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The bathtub on the upper floor is open and situated near the terrace window — please use with caution.
