All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic. The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized. If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend the Antwell.

Fit to the purpose

The hotel was new, my only complaint is the sofa bed which was actually only a sofa. Also there was a weird smell in the room maybe coming from the condition.

First of all I would like to thanks Mr.Arda who was really helpful and cooperative with me and my family to make or stay enjoyable. The ladies staff at the receptions unfortunately are too difficult to help and never smile and they need to be trained more how to gain customers and not to loose them.

Stayed on the 5th floor and was still a lot of noise from the roads at either side of the hotel. Ask for a higher room if possible. Some staff really helpful, others not so much and felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but food overall is expensive and of poor quality, stay away from room service, usually cold, greasy and arrives to your room uncovered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Room Quality: The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Amenities: The room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a large flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom with high-end toiletries. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. Service: The staff at were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Public transportation is also easily accessible, which made getting around a breeze. Overall Experience: My stay at Hotel was nothing short of perfect.

Excellent hotel and service

Stayed 2 nights and as other reviews have said, was a really nice hotel with excellent service. I booked the superior suite for 2 adults and 2 children where the living room had 2 single beds so plenty of space. There was a slight hiccup at check-in (which was early morning after a late night flight) due to the number of beds but this was resolved well. The platters of fruit was unexpected and a very nice touch. I found out the gym only opens at 11 which was later than expected so couldn't make use of it. However, they did offer to keep it open later. The library and terrace were very nice and quiet when needing to work. Emaar mall was a 5 minute walk away and there was a nice restaurant up the hill as well. The car parking at the hotel was also useful as we hired a car. Overall excellent stay with great service from Tarik, Arda and Uleen.

We loved Antwell suites

The stay was amazing . Hotel was clean, nice, and suitable . Ulgen ,cem, darukhan, Arda, ilayda made our stay so good. Along with other staff ( don’t know everyone’s name ). They were professional , kind , always smiling and ready to forget . They started to feel like family . They were always quick to answer any inquiries , get anything we need right away . Sometimes if would feel like the phone did not even ring and they would answer !!! So fast . They were always smiling and kind. They went out of their way to help with taxi, food, places to eat and great suggestions . They work so hard I never saw them standing around . They were always doing something or helping someone even after midnight ! Thank you so much guys . Hotel itself structurally is amazing as well close to a mall and a few grocery stores. Till we meet again .

Een heel mooie frisse hotel met ondergrondse parking met verschillende verdiepingen en de parkeerplaatsen zijn vrij ruim. Het personeel was heel beleefd en vriendelijk ontbijt was ook heel goed. Ik ben met men gezin gebleven waarbij drie kinderen zij vonden het ook een top hotel. Enige dat ik kan melden is dat ik de sauna wou gebruiken maar deze was niet echt warm.

Service à fuir.

Nous avons reçus un très bon accueil par le personnel à l réception. Mais le SPA été très très mal géré. Avant tout j’aimerais préciser que les massages étaient très bons (4 amis) et on a été unanime à ce sujet. Par contre la gestion de spa c’est un fiasco, mes amis ne parlant pas turc, je les avais rejoins 1h après : - aucun équipement allumé, salle de vapeur, sauna, bain turc. - personne ne s’en occupe - nous avons du hausser le ton pour qu’ils allument les équipements. - personne ne s’occupe d’accueillir les clients, il faut se débrouiller tout seul Si vous souhaitez passer une nuit sans profiter des équipements l’hôtel est très bons malgrés le bruit de l’autoroute à côté. Pour le reste vaut mieux aller ailleurs. Dommage car l’hôtel présente bien. On a reçu aucune ristourne pour le désagrément ! Au contraire on nous a fait payer un bonnet de bain à 7€ par personne et arrivé à la piscine personne ne le portait !

The rooms are clean and the location is very central next to Emaar Square (mall). Kind staff and very helpfull. Only con was the smell in the rooms. We had to open the windows for fresh air. Overall we are happy with the choice we made.
